Such an amazing place to shop. The store is always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! One of my favourite stores for sure.

Great selection and two floors of inventory. Only the downstairs fitting room was open and there was a long line up as a result. The store layout and products were organized and neat. Some arrows at entrance directing the flow of traffic within the store.

Pricey for some things. It can be difficult to find men's clothing in the style of line. Size run small. Like almost by 2 sizes.Employees are nice and don't pester you while shopping.

Terrible customer service. All the security tags were left on the items I purchased and I had to go to the store again to have them removed. The staff were not friendly nor respectful. Having 3 people checking a $10 shirt I bought for my son with the original receipt, ignoring me throughout the whole time, and showing zero regrets for a mistake THEY MADE!!! There’s not even a number I can find on the website to file a complaint. The staff need to be properly trained.

Love the experience of this store in Halifax and in Toronto I been to many times, clean and neat staff is friendly and always doing something to keep the store looking neat and clean, shows they have pride in their job and employer. Ulike what I had seen in Deptford NJ, USA store seem only one person was cleaning up after customers and sales clerks were a hen party hanging together.

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. The manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. Tried to return a hoodie and they told me it looks like it’s been worn and looks dirty THREE days after I bought them (and I have never worn them once except trying it on). Ended up not being able return them. Great job H&M!
